About Us: Two Rivers Pharmacy is a community-focused pharmacy dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and quality healthcare. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Clerk.
Job Description: As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers and answer their queries with a smile. Provide exceptional service that enhances their shopping experience. Phone Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and redirect calls to pharmacists when necessary. Will Call Management: Organize and maintain the 'will call' area. Ensure prescriptions are accurately filed and readily available for customer pick-up. Checkout Operations: Process sales transactions, handle payments, and provide receipts. Ensure accuracy in all transactions. Inventory Management: Assist in stocking shelves, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements: Strong commitment to excellent customer service. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical terminology is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is preferred but not required.
