About the role

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a Human Capital Analytics Lead to drive advanced workforce analytics for a federal customer. You will work across large HR datasets, build executive dashboards, develop predictive models, and translate findings for leadership. The role combines strong SQL, Python/R/SAS, data visualization, and statistical modeling with automation of workflows and AI/ML capabilities for Human Capital analytics. Seniority MID to SENIOR with TS/SCI clearance.
