- You have 3+ years of HVAC installation and repair experience
- You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- You can lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- You bring strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- You care about exceptional service and quality in every customer interaction
