Summary of the opportunity - Client Overview: Our client is a leading technology company in the data industry, providing a suite of cloud data products and services. - Role Summary: As a UX Researcher 2, you will work closely with senior team members to understand the motivations, workflows, and habits of data professionals. Your expertise will inform the strategy, design, and growth of the cloud data suite, using a multi-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods with big data analysis.4. What are the key responsibilities? - Collaborate with a high-performing UX Research team, conducting qualitative and quantitative research activities. - Foster relationships with PM and design teams to address stakeholder challenges. - Conduct research to inform product design, such as usability studies, interviews, surveys, and more. - Align research program with organizational priorities and success criteria. - Present research findings to influence product design and direction.5. What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting UX research in technical domains. - Ability to analyze research data and present findings clearly. - Passion for learning new technologies and understanding user needs. - Growing communication and project management skills. - Ability to meet security screening requirements. - Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Advanced degree in Social Science or Human-Computer Interaction. - Experience impacting and influencing business decisions. - Strong storytelling and communication skills. - Leadership skills to deliver projects and customer insights. - Experience with global research and stakeholders.6.
