We are looking for an enterprising Production Manager who, with their clear vision and coaching leadership style, can elevate our production departments to a higher level.
Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a welding, fabrication, or assembly environment. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Responsibilities: Lead and develop supervisors, team leaders, and production personnel across manufacturing operations. Ensure daily production requirements are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, communication, and employee engagement. Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including safety, quality, throughput, productivity, and on-time delivery. Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, waste reduction, standard work, and continuous improvement activities.
