ITA Audio Visual Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and independent Director of Audio Visual Services to manage a key on-site operation. As the Director of AV Services, your responsibilities will include: Delivering top-notch customer service to clients Managing the setup and teardown of audio and video equipment, rigging, and lighting Operating a variety of audio and video equipment and lighting systems Undertaking administrative tasks related to the AV department We're looking for candidates who possess: A genuine interest in audio/visual technology, cultivated through work experience or personal hobbies Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members The ability to multitask and prioritize various responsibilities A willingness to pass background checks and meet the physical requirements of the job A valid driver's license A flexible approach to work schedules A professional appearance In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $17.00 to $22.00, along with an attractive benefits package, including: 401(k) and 401(k) matching Dental, health, and vision insurance Health savings account Paid time off Employee discount Company-provided training Cellphone reimbursement Mileage & expense reimbursement Employee recognition program This full-time position features an 8-hour variable shift schedule, and candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to the location before starting work.
