Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support Lead the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of complex faults in data center products (magnetic chillers/CDU/fan walls/precision AC), providing remote and on-site technical support Organize post-fault reviews, produce technical bulletins and improvement plans, and drive corrective actions and product quality improvements through closure. Partner with the sales team to develop after-sales technical solutions and support technical discussions for key customer service and commercial engagements.2. Service Enablement & Technical Training Responsible for the development and continuous optimization of data center product technical training materials Regularly organize talent cultivation and technical training for customers, after-sales personnel, and key service providers
Qualifications:
Having worked for at least 3 years in after-sales service or after-sales technical support positions, familiar with the principles, structure, and common troubleshooting methods of large water chillers; Familiar with the data center industry and having a basic understanding of construction sites.
