About the role
Driving the growth of professional services revenue, the full-time Senior Services Engagement Director will shape and close high-value services engagements for mid-market customers, ensuring successful deployments and increased customer adoption in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end services sales motion, partnering with Account Executives to drive professional services revenue
Develop and deliver compelling services proposals and pricing within rapid sales cycles
Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive confidence in delivery and execution
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in services sales or consulting within SaaS or software environments
Proven ability to meet or exceed services revenue targets in mid-market sales environments
Strong background in structuring and selling professional services tied to software implementations
Experience developing statements of work and pricing models
Familiarity with customer experience or unified communications platforms
