Schedule: All Shifts Available! Join Our Team! We are currently seeking motivated and safety-focused Roto Mold Operators to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in a stable production environment with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities: Operate and monitor rotational molding equipment safely and efficiently. Load raw materials into molds according to production specifications. Remove finished products from molds and perform quality inspections. Trim, clean, and prepare molded products for packaging or shipment. Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to supervisors. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or roto molding experience preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Strong attendance record and reliability #nowhiring
