About the role
Senior Pricing Manager (43145) Our client is an established organization seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy, team management, and work with firm leadership. This highly visible role will partner with Finance, Sales, and senior leadership to drive strategic pricing decisions and improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Lead pricing analysis, modeling, and scenario planning.
Analyze margins, customer/product profitability, discounting, and pricing trends.
Partner with Finance, Sales, and business leaders on pricing decisions.
Develop pricing tools, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
Improve pricing processes, governance, and controls.
Present recommendations and financial impacts to leadership.
Lead and develop team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
Experience in pricing, finance, commercial finance, or a related analytical function.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with pricing strategy, profitability, and margin analysis.
Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
