We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Specialist. What Will You Do? This role serves as a key liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company quality standards. Quality Management System (QMS) Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, and supporting the delivery of high-quality custom water treatment systems manufactured in-house Administer and maintain the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and controlled documentation. Coordinate internal quality audits and support external certification audits. Lead investigations into nonconformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manufacturing Quality Assurance Perform in-process and final inspections of custom water treatment systems and components. Verify product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement Maintain document control systems and quality records. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing activities for all systems prior to shipment. Verify system performance against design specifications and customer requirements. Document FAT results, identify deficiencies, and track corrective actions through closure. Recommend process improvements that increase quality, reduce rework, and improve customer satisfaction.
Your Physical Work Environment: Will Require… Work on the computer for long periods of time. Walk on the production floor. Sitting for long periods of time. Your Experience Should Be... Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, quality assurance, quality systems, or related engineering roles. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Experience conducting quality inspections and audits in a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting or participating in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
