Job Overview: Extrusion Machine Operator Peosta, Iowa1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Pay: $24/hour
Potential overtime available on Saturdays Sedona Staffing is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Peosta. This is a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused individual. The ideal candidate will have a strong and consistent work history, with longevity in previous positions, and take pride in producing high-quality products while following safety and production standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to ensure safe and efficient production
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Work closely with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong job longevity is required
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset is required
  • Previous extrusion machine operating experience is preferred
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
