Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, compassionate physical therapy treatment in accordance with professional standards, regulations, and established care plans. Perform delegated physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients in progressing toward individualized rehabilitation goals and maximizing functional independence. Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and members of the interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient care is delivered safely and effectively. Collaborate with hospital departments to support patient needs and overall outcomes.
Qualifications: Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program preferred. Demonstrated competency in physical therapy treatment. CPR certification preferred, based on facility requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team. Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
