Qualifications
Required: Possess Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record Able to lift at least 25 lbs High school diploma or GED Able to pass a background check Open availability Be organized, and have attention to detail Able to communicate effectively Able to work on your own, and with people
Preferred: 3 years Office Professional experience preferred, but not required Should know how to bill and code Summary of Duties: Office Professional: Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Office Professional-Custodial/Maintenance is responsible for providing a variety clerical and secretarial support functions within the Custodial/Maintenance Department to include such responsibilities and tasks as schedules custodial substitutes; reviews, verifies and processes departmental time cards; reviews, verifies, codes and enters invoices for accounts payable; performs general office responsibilities and assists in special projects/reporting, as needed. 5 hours per day. Delivery Specialist: Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Delivery Specialist is responsible for transporting, picking up and delivering mail, money, packages, print jobs, parts, supplies and materials within the District, its buildings, banking facilities, US Post Office, or UPS in a timely manner. 3 hours per day (12:30-3:30) District Wide.
