Senior Consultant — Net Suite Alliance's Business Systems & Technology Practice helps organizations optimize their financial and operational processes through Oracle Net Suite solutions. Responsibilities:
Lead Net Suite workstream solutions with focus on Record to Report, Order to Cash, and/or Procure to Pay process areas. Provide subject matter expertise on Net Suite functional workflows, best practices, and system configuration. Document business requirements to help clients improve operational efficiency and financial visibility. Work closely with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Support the business development team with proof of concept, solution design, and engagement scoping. Manage project progress and quality standards, proactively addressing risks or delivery challenges. Contribute to practice development initiatives, including methodology improvement, training content, and internal knowledge sharing. Stay current with Net Suite product enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends to inform client solutions and practice strategy. Participate in thought leadership initiatives such as client events, webinars, blogs, and marketing content.
Required Skills:
5 years of consulting or industry experience with Oracle Net Suite implementations. Experience working with Record to Report, Order to Cash, and/or Procure to Pay process areas. Demonstrated experience leading Net Suite implementations or major system transformation initiatives. Ability to support multiple engagements, client relationships, and project teams simultaneously. Strong understanding of Net Suite ERP architecture, modules, and integration capabilities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CPA, Net Suite certification) preferred.
