About The Job: Process and reconcile fundraising gifts and donations while maintaining accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge NXTPerform high-volume data entry, reporting, and database maintenance to support fundraising operationsWork with large Excel datasets to clean, verify, and analyze donor and gift informationEnsure data integrity through ongoing quality control and attention to detailSupport development operations projects and participate in knowledge transfer and cross-training activities About You: Hands-on experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or Raiser's Edge requiredExperience processing and reconciling charitable gifts and donationsStrong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasetsNonprofit development or fundraising operations experience preferredHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment About The Position:
