As an Executive Recruiting Partner, you’ll manage the full search lifecycle—developing new client relationships, identifying hiring needs, recruiting and evaluating talent, and managing searches through successful placement. We’re looking for professionals who: Bring recruiting, executive search, staffing, or talent acquisition experience Are comfortable building relationships and developing new business Are self-directed, resilient, and motivated by results Want to build a long-term client portfolio and recruiting practice Thrive with autonomy and accountability Goodwin provides the brand, training, technology, tools, and support—you bring the experience and drive to grow the business. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. Full-time commitment and financial readiness for the ramp-up period are important.
