Account Executive – New Business Hunter Role $100,000-$120,000 OTEOptimum Water Solutions is looking for a driven, competitive Account Executive focused exclusively on developing and closing new business. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys prospecting, creating opportunities, and winning new customers. Territory is East Orlando/Brevard County/Indian River County.
What You’ll Do: * Prospect daily to identify and develop new B2B opportunities.* Generate your own pipeline through cold calling, in-person prospecting, email, networking, and referrals.* Identify and connect with key decision-makers.* Schedule and conduct on-site sales appointments.* Understand each prospect’s current water and ice needs and recommend the right Optimum solution.* Present proposals, overcome objections, negotiate, and close new accounts.* Develop and execute a strategic daily plan for your assigned territory.* Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales activity in the CRM.* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly new-business goals.
What We’re Looking For: * A hunter mentality with a strong desire to win.* Self-motivated, competitive, persistent, and goal-oriented.* Comfortable making cold calls and walking into businesses.* Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.* Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.* Organized, accountable, and able to manage a territory independently.* B2B or outside sales experience preferred.* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
