This role is focused on our National Investor Division. If you're near one of our local offices, you'll also have that team's support, so you get the best of both worlds. We're looking for business development executives who already have an established book of investor transactions. That means wholesalers, fix-and-flip operators, landlords, private lenders, creative finance and Sub2 investors, and investor groups who close with you every month and will follow you. This role is plug-and-play. You bring the investor relationships, and our national team of escrow officers and title operations experts closes the deals. You don't need a local office or local retail agents to succeed here. A brand investors already know. CLOSED® is a trademarked national brand, as "The Investor-Friendly Title Company™ investors across the country recognize the name and trust it. In your market and with your clients, you will represent CLOSED®, and explain who we are. You're offering your clients a brand they're glad to close with, and that makes it easier to win and keep business.
