About the role

Fixated is building the operating infrastructure of the creator economy. Most of this industry runs on deal-making — a brand deal gets brokered, a campaign gets delivered, and the work starts over the next morning. We took the opposite position: services commoditize, infrastructure compounds. That runs through two engines. Talent — we represent and operate businesses for some of the most influential creators on the internet, and Live Love Serve, and sit at the center of one of the largest creator networks in the world. CBM — our brand-side business, built on distribution and audience we own rather than rent, pairing content production with owned-channel reach and paid media. About Fixated: Fixated is building the operating infrastructure of the creator economy.
The Role: This is a quota-carrying seat on our US media sales team. You\'ll own a named account list across agencies and brand-direct, and you\'ll sell the full Fixated product set — creator partnerships and branded content, owned-channel distribution and organic amplification, and paid media, often combined into a single program. Our strongest campaigns start with organic content that proves what\'s working before media dollars get committed, then scale it through inventory we control. That\'s a genuinely different pitch than the one your buyers hear all day, and it\'s the reason this job is more interesting than most AE roles in this market. You\'ll come in with relationships and you\'ll be expected to use them from week one. You\'ll also be expected to build new ones — cold prospecting is part of the job, not a phase you graduate out of. What You\'ll Own: Revenue Carry and hit an individual quota against a named account list Prospect, set your own meetings, pitch, negotiate, and close Build multi-threaded relationships across agency planning, investment, and strategy teams, and with brand-direct marketing leads Grow existing accounts — renewals, upsells, and expanding from a single campaign into an always-on relationship Negotiate terms and rates with minimal oversight Proposals and positioning Learn our creator network, owned distribution, and content capabilities well enough to build custom media plans rather than pushing a standard package Partner with marketing, planning, and ad ops to turn a brief into a proposal that\'s both compelling and deliverable Bring real strategic recommendations to clients, not just availability Discipline Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene — this is table stakes, not administrative overhead Forecast honestly. A smaller number we can plan against beats a bigger one we can\'t Stay close to campaigns after the close; work with internal teams so execution is clean and the client comes back Bring market intelligence back inside — what\'s being bought, how it\'s being priced, and why we win or lose What We\'re Looking For: Required 4+ years as an Account Executive, Account Manager, digital buyer, planner, strategist, or investment associate A track record of hitting revenue targets, with specifics you can speak to Existing relationships with LA-based agency teams and brand-direct marketers In-depth knowledge of digital media, creator and social platforms, and the competitive landscape Experience across both new business and account management — you can win it and you can keep it Ability to prospect independently and negotiate without hand-holding Strong written and verbal communication; you\'ll be presenting to rooms of buyers Strongly preferred Category depth in CPG, QSR, beauty and fashion, auto, gaming, entertainment, tech, or sports betting Experience selling creator, influencer, or branded content — not just impressions Background at a creator network, publisher, platform, or performance media business Holding-company relationships (GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu, Horizon, Stagwell)
Who You Are: You solve your own problems. You see around corners. You have strong opinions and you\'ll defend them. You\'re coachable. You\'re honest about your pipeline. You\'re organized. You\'re intellectually curious. Fixated is an equal opportunity employer. We\'re committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the creators and audiences we serve.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
