JCW is currently partnered with a real estate investment firm looking for a polished, highly organized Executive Assistant to support C-suite in their Charlotte office. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and can anticipate needs before they arise. You'll be the right hand to senior leadership and helping keep deal timelines and investor relationships running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities: Engage on cross-functional projects across finance teams Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and investment committee materials Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal teams, investors, brokers, and outside counsel Handle expense reporting and basic budget tracking Assist with planning firm events, offsites, and investor conferences Maintain confidentiality on sensitive deal and financial information Support ad hoc projects across the investment and asset management teams
Qualifications: Experience as an EA supporting senior executives, ideally within real estate, private equity, or financial services Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)Notary License preferred Bachelor's degree Haley Rizzo specializes in partnering with finance professionals at leading organizations nationwide.
