Wet Utility Estimator – Public & Private Heavy Civil Projects Greater Phoenix Area, AZ$100,000 – $150,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Health Benefits + 401(k)Are you an Estimator with wet utility experience looking to join a growing, family-owned General Contractor in Phoenix that won't require you to travel? Do you want to own your bids from takeoff to award, work directly with ownership, and join a company that will genuinely help you progress your career? This General Contractor has built its name on winning and running both public municipal work and private residential land development under one roof. With a strong pipeline of work continuing to grow, they need an Estimator who can take ownership of wet utility packages (water, sewer, and storm drain) and work with the wider leadership team on project pursuits Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience Must have estimating experience on underground wet utilities such as water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain. Must have public (municipal/local jurisdiction) or private (residential land development) bidding experience. Experience with both is desired but not required. Must be able to manage multiple bids at once and hit deadlines with minimal oversight. Earthwork, paving, or roadway improvement estimating experience desirable but not essential Will consider candidates with Project Management/Project Engineering background looking to transition into Estimating and Preconstruction. HCSS Heavy Bid, B2W, AGTEK, and/or Bluebeam experience desirable but not essential
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
Discretionary Bonus Health Benefits: 401(k)
