JE Dunn Construction seeks a Counsel – Employment & Compliance to provide broad legal support on employment and labor law matters and to lead the enterprise compliance program. You will partner with HR leaders, review policies, prepare legal evidence, and help manage regulatory investigations across the organization.You will oversee training for HR and managers, advance a culture of inclusion, and ensure audit readiness.
