Chief Operating Officer | Food Manufacturing Colorado | Relocation Package Available We are partnering with a high-growth food manufacturer in Colorado to identify a hands-on Chief Operating Officer who is ready to make a significant impact on the organization’s next stage of growth. We’re looking for a progressive food manufacturing operations leader who has continued to take on greater responsibility throughout their career and has a track record of building teams, improving performance, and helping organizations scale. This is not a sit-back executive role. The COO will work strategically with the CEO and leadership team while staying close to the plants, people, and day-to-day operations.
The Opportunity: The COO will provide leadership across:

  • Supply Chain & Procurement
  • EngineeringQuality & Food Safety
  • Planning & Logistics
  • Continuous Improvement
This leader will help strengthen the operational foundation needed for continued growth, with a focus on people, performance, quality, accountability, and scalable processes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Progressive leadership experience within food manufacturing
  • Broad operational leadership across multiple functions
  • Experience supporting or leading an organization through significant growth
  • Strong understanding of plant operations and operational KPIsFinancial and P&L acumen
  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience improving quality, performance, efficiency, and execution
  • A hands-on, visible leadership style
  • A forward-thinking approach and willingness to challenge how things have traditionally been done
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the operational discipline needed to scale
  • You do not need extensive C-suite tenure to be considered.
  • We’re looking for someone who has built a strong foundation in food manufacturing operations, has demonstrated continued career growth, and is hungry for an opportunity to build, innovate, and make an impact.
