Job Overview: X Digital is looking for a motivated and organized Data Entry & Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support. This role involves maintaining accurate information, assisting with routine online tasks, and helping the team stay organized.
Key Duties: Enter and update information accurately in spreadsheets and online systems- Maintain digital records and organize documents- Assist with emails and routine administrative communication- Schedule meetings and coordinate basic appointments- Support online research and information gathering- Prepare simple reports and documents- Join and coordinate virtual meetings through Zoom- Assist team members with day-to-day virtual tasks- Complete other administrative assignments as needed Qualifications- Basic computer and internet skills- Good typing and data entry abilities- Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office- Familiarity with Zoom and common online tools- Strong attention to detail and organization- Good communication skills- Able to work independently in a remote environment- No specialized experience required Compensation
