Schedule: Full-time, on-site Overview An established outpatient therapy provider is seeking a hands-on clinical leader to manage day-to-day operations at one of its treatment centers while maintaining a full patient caseload. This role blends clinical care with business management, overseeing staff, compliance, and growth through relationships with local referral sources.
What you'll do: Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, including performance reviews and employee relations Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation Ensure adherence to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering Drive growth through local marketing efforts to referral sources
Required qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program Current state licensureCPR certification Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems Ability to stand/walk for shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds
