About the role

Accelera is seeking a Finishing Manager to lead finishing operations in a fast-paced printing and folding carton environment. You will shape performance, people, processes, quality, and productivity of the finishing department while driving operational excellence. You will partner with Scheduling, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to optimize workflow, improve throughput, and meet customer requirements and financial goals.
