Assistant Office Manager – Temp-to-HireUnited Talent is seeking a dependable, organized Assistant Office Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The employer is looking for someone who can grow with the company long-term and take on additional responsibilities as they gain experience.
Responsibilities: Organizing company leasing portfolios and related documentation Converting existing leasing documents into digital files for electronic storage Scanning new documents and information as received Adding new documents and information to the appropriate digital account files Maintaining accurate and organized electronic records Using the company's CSA CRM system Performing basic clerical and administrative duties as assigned Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling company records
Qualifications: Strong basic clerical and administrative skills Good computer skills and comfort working with digital documents Strong organizational and file-management abilities Excellent attention to detail Dependability and a strong work ethic Ability to learn new software and processes Ability to maintain confidential information Previous office or administrative experience preferred Experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required Schedule & Pay: Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM. Friday- Leave at 2:00pm- paid for the full day! $17.00/hour
