We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to oversee the sourcing and production process for children's apparel, from development through bulk production. This role partners with cross-functional teams and global vendor partners to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met, and is well suited to a sourcing professional with mass market apparel experience who is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

What You'll Do:
The Sourcing Manager will manage vendor relationships and support sourcing strategy across apparel categories, partnering with Product Development, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production teams throughout the product lifecycle. This includes negotiating pricing, lead times, and production capacity with overseas factories, monitoring production timelines to ensure on time delivery, and resolving sourcing or production issues as they arise. The role also involves evaluating factory performance, supporting continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and global manufacturing capabilities, and ensuring products meet quality standards and company compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of sourcing experience in the apparel industry
Experience working directly with Walmart and/or childrenswear
Experience sourcing apparel for mass market retailers
Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain processes
Experience working with overseas factories and vendor partners
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
Background collaborating cross-functionally across Product Development, Merchandising, and Technical Design teams
