About the role
To support doctoral candidates in their academic and spiritual journeys, the part-time Remote Doctoral Dissertation Mentor in Bible Exposition will provide guidance on research methodologies, deliver detailed feedback on research methods, and maintain communication to ensure compliance with program policies.
Key responsibilitiesGuide doctoral candidates in conducting methodologically sound research
Provide detailed feedback specific to qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure adherence to program handbooks and university policiesRequired qualificationsPhD in Bible Exposition, Bible, or a related field from an accredited institution
Established record of research evidenced by peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
Experience in mentoring capstone, dissertation, or thesis projects
Familiarity with teaching research methods using online platforms like Canvas
Full doctrinal compatibility with the values of Liberty University
