About the role
Leading a talented team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, the remote Senior Manager of Data Science will drive the development and deployment of innovative styling algorithms to enhance client experiences and empower human stylists in a full-time salaried position.
Key responsibilities
Champion AI and ML interventions to improve styling experiences and enhance client connections
Shape the product roadmap for client-facing styling experiences, expanding personalization touchpoints
Oversee the end-to-end algorithm development lifecycle from ideation to deployment in a production environment
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; Master's or PhD preferred
5+ years of experience in AI and ML solution design and deployment, ideally in retail personalization
2+ years of experience as a team technical lead or direct people manager
Ability to write and review production-grade code, ideally in Python
Experience with online A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
