Responsibilities:
Own Tik Tok Shop revenue, strategy and profitability Develop plans to scale the channel into a multi-million-dollar business. Set and manage revenue targets, forecasts, budgets and KPIs. Analyze performance and identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion, order value and repeat purchases. Develop pricing, bundles, promotions and new product opportunities. Lead agency relationships, setting clear targets and holding partners accountable for revenue, affiliates, content, paid media and live shopping. Build and manage the affiliate and creator strategy across both markets. Maintain a consistent pipeline of effective UGC and affiliate content. Partner with supply chain and customer service teams to manage stock, fulfilment and customer experience. Ensure listings, pricing, bundles and promotions remain accurate and optimized. Monitor reviews, complaints, refunds, account health and platform compliance. Stay ahead of Tik Tok Shop trends, platform developments and competitor activity. Continuously test new strategies and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Tik Tok Shop experience from the better-for-you CPG space Proven ownership of several million dollars in annual Tik Tok Shop revenue. Strong knowledge of affiliates, UGC, live shopping, paid media, promotions and operations Experience leading external agencies Commercial expertise across revenue, forecasting, budgets and profitability. Strong analytical, operational and decision-making skills. Experience managing inventory, fulfillment, customer experience and account health. Proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking full ownership in a fast-paced environment.
