About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Atlanta USA. As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities: Develop design concepts and prepare drawings, models and presentations for architectural projects Oversee project teams and ensure that all members are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities effectively Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to contractors as neededCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into project designs Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met throughout the duration of the project Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Minimum of 7 years experience in architectural design with at least 3 years in a senior role Extensive knowledge of building codes regulations and construction methods Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position This is an English-speaking job opportunity open to candidates of all nationalities Candidates must have their own visa arrangements as we do not provide visa sponsorship This position does not include accommodation
