Overview:
  • Job Shift AnyDescriptionLaser Operators
  • Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in La Vergne, Tennessee is seeking experienced Laser Operators for 1st and 2nd Shift.
  • Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and work with limited supervision, setting up and operating Laser machines and all duties and responsibilities associated with this position.
  • Duties and Functions:
  • Set up and operate all Laser operations to produce quality parts.
  • Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed. Work with Maintenance on major issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.
  • Laser Operation experience preferred
  • Mechanically adept.
  • Blueprint reading
  • Good math skillsG/D & T Knowledge
  • Computer skills a plus
Education: High School or Equivalent
