Reflection AI Ltd seeks a Talent Researcher to lead a deep network across sovereign commercial domains and AI/ML research, engineering, marketing, legal, security, and people/talent. You’ll own top-of-funnel strategy for hard-to-fill roles in AI, map the global talent landscape, and build targeted pipelines with recruiters and hiring managers. You will systematize approaches into tools and agents for broader team leverage, continually upleveling our recruitment function and knowledge base.
