About the role
Job Description:
The Human Resources Coordinator position is an integral part of the HR team by assisting the department with the day-to-day operations. The HR Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with our HR Manager with all things related to past, present and future employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and employee appointments Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases Prepare, compile, and analyze employee data and reports Support HR administrative functions, including document preparation and record management Answer employee inquiries and provide general administrative support Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all employee information Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR best practices
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Detail-oriented with strong data entry and reporting skills Dependable, proactive, and team-focused Experience maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding processes preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus
