Quality Assurance Lab Specialist Onsite Reynoldsburg, OH We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lab Specialist to provide hands-on support within a fast-paced product quality laboratory. This role will assist with product audits, sample management, quality investigations, testing, documentation, and general lab operations.
Responsibilities: Perform routine product audits and document results accurately. Assist with product testing, evaluations, and quality investigations. Enter audit and quality information into internal systems, including SAP. Process products from Quality Management (QM) hold status as directed. Receive, organize, and maintain product samples, retains, standards, and reference materials. Photograph and document product conditions for quality investigations. Assist with product sorting, rework, containment, and sample disposition. Maintain laboratory records, logs, databases, and tracking systems. Coordinate incoming/outgoing samples and shipments. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient laboratory environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic Microsoft Office and data-entry skills. Ability to follow established procedures and accurately document results. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, laboratory support, product testing, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred. Experience with product inspections, audits, sample management, or SAP is a plus. Ability to lift and move product samples and perform routine hands-on laboratory activities.
