Schedule: Part-Time, Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PMPRIMARY PURPOSE Support the delivery of exceptional client service by providing accurate, timely, and efficient administrative and operational support to corporate office functions (i.e. Commercial, Residential, BSA, Finance, Marketing). Maintain reports, records, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations and contribute to a seamless client experience that reflects the Bank's commitment to service excellence.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.ROLE REQUIREMENTSHigh level of commitment to exceptional service and client relationship development for internal and external clients. Compliance with all required enterprise-wide trainings to keep current on regulatory and industry trends. Great interpersonal skills; ability to interact in an appropriate/timely manner with internal/external clients. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both verbal and written form. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to manage time, resources, and set priorities to accomplish multiple duties. Ability to maintain and report on confidential information in an appropriate manner. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Take initiative and accountability for work responsibilities. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Working conditions are those of an “open” office environment, which can require the ability to manage some stress such as noise level from customers, employees, and office equipment, etc. Workflow cannot be completely controlled, and customer demand will create extended periods of standing and/or sitting. Use of hands, fingers, arms, and wrists: for using computer, handling money, and answering phones. Ability to hear and speak clearly: in order to give and receive information to individual customers. Ability to bend and lift coin boxes or bags, up to approximately 30lbs. Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel within branch network: if required.
