  • Translate business needs into user stories and features developers can act onProvide production support and troubleshooting across HR systems and integrations
  • Write SQL scripts, queries, and joins to handle data analysis directly
  • Work with highly confidential HR data, including compensation, benefits, and payroll information
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and partner closely with a product-model IT organization
What You'll Bring:
  • 7+ years of IT/Business Analyst experience in a complex enterprise environment
  • Comfort writing SQL, queries, joins, and selectsHCM/HR technology experience strongly preferred; SAP Success
  • Factors experience is a plus
  • Snowflake, SAP S/4, and Agile/Scrum experience are all pluses
  • Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution
  • No specific degree required, we care more about experience and scale than pedigree
If you enjoy being the bridge between business and technical teams, and want to work on high-visibility HR technology projects at enterprise scale, this is worth a conversation.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
