Position - SAP HCM/HR Techno-Functional / Payroll Hands-on SMELocation - Tampa Teco OfficeExperience - 10+ YearsType - W2 ContractJob Description - AP Payroll configuration, support, and implementation.The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY) for country-specific payroll (e.g., US, India, EMEA).Execute end-to-end payroll cycles (regular, off-cycle, bonus runs).Maintain payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and wage types.Validate payroll results and reconcile discrepanciesStrong hands-on experience with:Payroll schemas (e.g., X000, country-specific schemas)Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)Wage type configuration and processingInfo types related to payroll (IT0008, IT0014, IT0015, IT0169, etc.)Debug payroll issues using tools like:Payroll log analysisCluster tables (PCL2)Program RPCALCx0
