About the role
To enhance regional sales execution, the full-time Strategic Field Enablement Lead will drive the adoption of global enablement initiatives, identify regional needs, and build relationships with field sales leaders while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional adoption of global enablement programs
Identify and address regional capability gaps
Gather and communicate regional feedback for global strategy
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales enablement or partner enablement
Strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
Experience supporting channel sales organizations or indirect sales models
