About the role
Practice Administrator — Innerbloom Dental Studio (Boise, ID)Part-time or Full-time 2–4 days/week in office (flexible based on your availability) no remote work Innerbloom Dental Studio is an all female team, wellness-forward dental practice in Boise looking for an exceptional operations-minded team member to help lead our front-of-house experience and support the continued growth of our practice. This isn't a typical front desk role. We're looking for someone with the mindset of an executive assistant — someone who can hold the big picture and the daily details at the same time, lead people well, and bring both heart and hustle to the job.
What you'll do:
Be or become an expert in our practice management software -Open Dental Accurately post payments and enter in insurance breakdowns Manage insurance verification and accounts receivable Cross trained in the following: Conduct non-clinical interviews with new patients to understand what matters most to them about their care Coordinate treatment planning and scheduling to align with production goals Strategize alongside leadership on future practice growth Track treatment acceptance and case presentation follow-through Proficient in hygiene coordination by working hygiene recare reports and keeping schedule full Support office communications via daily responses and organization of office texts and emails Build and protect patient relationships from first contact through ongoing care Hold team members accountable to protocols with professionalism and respect Foster an inclusive team culture — you understand how subgrouping and cliques quietly erode a team, and you know how to bring people together
What you bring:
Experience in an executive assistant, operations lead, or similar leadership-support roleA track record of managing or coordinating others effectively Strong sales communication and customer service training/background High emotional intelligence and a genuine, upbeat presenceA natural ability to earn respect through leadership, not authority Someone who is both relationship-driven and results-driven — you care about people and you care about hitting goals Excellent organizational skills and follow-through Dental experience is a plus but not required — the right character and skill set matter more If you're a driven, positive, detail-oriented leader who wants to be part of a growing, values-led practice, we'd love to hear from you.
