Position Summary: Micro-Mode Products is seeking a full-time Seal Lab Assembler to join our team in El Cajon, CA. This role is responsible for assembling glass-to-metal seals and other hermetic products in accordance with customer specifications, playing a key role in ensuring product quality and reliability.
Essential Responsibilities: Assemble and process glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with engineering drawings Inspect and maintain tools and fixtures for proper form, fit, and function Identify and report equipment issues to the supervisor Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Seal Lab Manager
