About the role
- Own a named-account portfolio; run value-based campaigns at 7+ plant sites in parallel while managing HQ exec relationships
- Carry a 6 figure ACV quota; deal sizes $150K–$2M+ across multi-year, multi-site platform agreements
- Own the full cycle (6–12 months) on MES and industrial IoT/analytics software deals
- Hunt whitespace across new divisions, plants, and BUsMap full buying committees - CIO, COO, CTO, VP Manufacturing, VP Digital, plant managers, procurement
- Build business cases, ROI models, and multi-year commercial structures for OT/IT transformation
- Forecast with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC discipline in Salesforce
- What great looks like:3+ years of full sales cycle enterprise software sales - proven hunter
- Industrial / manufacturing / OT software background
- Consistent deal closer across long sales cycles
- President's Club / 120%+ quota attainment
- Credible from the plant floor at 6am to the C-suite at noon
- Technical fluency in software solutions for the manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities and/or processing industries
