JOB DUTIES:
Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions to weld carbon, stainless, aluminum, and other alloysMIG and TIG welding Assemble part using proper tools/techniques/fixtures Proper handling of measurement tools and completing inspection reports Attention to Weld QA (finishes, distortion, etc.)Forward welded parts to next operation Fill out scrap report Maintain all equipment in good operating condition Track progress in ERP software Always keep work area neat, clean and safe Safely perform all responsibilities and in adherence to company policy Maintain good attendance Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:Proficient with in position (benchtop) and turntable welding Ability to set up MIG and TIG preferable Robot welding experience a plus Proficiently use inspection tools Attention to detail Computer knowledge Walk and stand for entire shift Ability to lift 50 pounds unassistedCOMPENSATION BASIS: Hourly DOE - Will pay for top talent
