As a Manager, you can expect to:Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives-spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI-to deliver measurable client impactAnalyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements, use cases, and user storiesOversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and executionDrive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realizationQuantify and clearly articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutionsProactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reportingOwn client outcomes, including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfactionAct as escalation point for critical delivery or client issuesShape client vision and strategic roadmap across people, process, technology, and data/AIProvide clear points of view on digital lab solutions, including platform and approach tradeoffsBuild and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to Directors and Senior DirectorsAlign stakeholders and drive priorities across complex, multi-disciplinary teamsDemonstrate business acumen and organizational awareness in navigating client environmentsArticulate compelling value propositions and business casesSupport business development, including opportunity identification and pursuit executionBuild and apply deep expertise in laboratory operations, industry trends, and digital technologiesLead, coach, and develop team members; provide performance feedback and mentorshipFoster a high-performance culture with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementActively manage risks to engagements, practice performance, and brand/reputationTravel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locationsHere's What You Need:6+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spacesBachelor's Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering)Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in consultingExperience working in or with life sciences R&D, QC, or ITExceptional interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication skillsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
