Lead Customer Service RepresentativeTransdev in Denver, Colorado is hiring a Lead Customer Service Representative. The Lead Customer Service Representative assists passengers with situations including, but not limited to, directions, information and mobility devices. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities:Monitor the floorTrack errors of all staffMonitor daily calls for 5 days outMonitor queue/help on the queue if neededAvailable to cover early/late shifts.Escalated callsRun reportsObtain and enter accurate customer information into the reservations systemComplete customer reservations in a timely and courteous mannerProvide customers with information on the services provided and direct them as neededSupervise staffing on weekends and eveningsSchedule breaks and lunch accordingly without disabling the call centerProvide support assistance to the Reservation SupervisorControl and issue certain disciplines when necessaryNew employee training and re-training of current employeesMinimal errorsOther duties as required.Qualifications:High school education, GED or equivalentPlease include a current resume with your application.Bilingual candidates may be eligible for higher starting pay.Minimum of 2 years of call center supervisor experience, preferably in the transportation industryExcellent written and oral communication skillsComputer literate with the capacity to learn new softwareMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.Must be able to multitask and work under time restraintsSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
