The CRO will be tasked with driving revenue growth, owning performance objectives, and leading the sales organization to meet and exceed KPIs. This hands-on executive leadership role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, particularly in the areas of internal and external sales, and revenue operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for unifying these functions under one leader, optimizing the revenue engine, and ensuring consistent execution of the company's sales processes and value proposition. Key responsibilities for the CRO include identifying new market opportunities, leading sales teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role also involves partnering across the business with marketing, key accounts, portfolio management, operations, and compliance to create a seamless and exceptional experience for clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales, revenue, or distribution leadership, with a strong understanding of sales management, forecasting, and CRM operations. While not mandatory, experience in asset management, wealth management, fintech, or related financial services is preferred.
