About the role
- High school diploma is required.5+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years of experience with stamping dies.5+ years of experience with stamping dies preferred.
- Proficient in operating lathes, milling machines, and electrical discharge machining equipment.
- Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Must demonstrate solid mathematical ability, up to trigonometry, for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with a focus on quality and precision.
- Experience with CAD software preferred.
- Knowledge of programming CNC machines preferred.
- Ability to obtain a forklift license.
- The Anticipated Pay Range for This Position: $30-$36 per hour
