Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Dispatch Coordinator)
Location: Kent, WA 98031 100% OnsiteEmployment Type: 6 Months Contract to Hire, high possibility of extension or conversion Pay Rate: $18/hr Schedule: Monday-Saturday 05:00 AM -7:00 PM (Any 8 hrs shift in between, with 1 weekend off and 1 weekday off)
Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support delivery and logistics operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, business partners, and driver teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and a smooth delivery experience.
